1994	Medochemie Research Institute founded.Opening of offices in Romania and Slovakia.

1996	Chemical Industry Safety Award.
1997	Opening of Representative office in Yugoslavia.
1998	Chemical Industry Safety Award.Opening of offices in Vietnam and Ukraine.Opening of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) warehouse facilities in Russia. Opening of Medochemie marketing company, with additional development laboratory facilities, in Greece.
1999	European Union Award for Outstanding Business Performance.
2000	Commissioning and validation of additional manufacturing facilities at third manufacturing site.
2001	Commencement of production in the new manufacturing site in Limassol. Acquisition of the Dutch pharmaceutical manufacturing group FAL. Opening of offices in Holland, Thailand, Lithuania and Kazakhstan. Design and construction of new inhalation therapy manufacturing unit in Cyprus commences. Special architectural award presented by H.E the President of Cyprus Glafkos Clerides for the design of the new manufacturing site. The Cyprus Special Export Award.
2002	Following GMP inspection by an E.U competent authority, the GMP status of our facilities was confirmed. The Cyprus Export Award for Industrial Products.
2003	Dry powder inhaler facility was completed, fully validated, GMP inspected and started activity. The Cyprus Special Export Award for Andi – Ventis Opening of office in Belarus. Chemical Industry Safety Award.
2004	Refurbishment at our creams, ointment and suppositories facilities was completed, GMP inspected, and started operations. Chemical Industry Safety Award. Special Recognition from MSF (Medicins Sans Frontieres) – Cyprus. Opening of offices in Algeria, Moldova and Latvia.
2005	Following GMP inspection by PICS Member Authorities, the GMP status of our facilities was confirmed. New ampoules facility was completed, and started operations. New packaging facility was completed and started operations. Cyprus Export Award for Industry.
2007	Cyprus Export Award for Industry.
